Applying for a position in Parliament *
"A member of parliament is someone who knows, understands and feels the way the people do, and who can represent the people in an honest and diligent manner, so as to be able to proudly say at the end of each day, 'I did it for you and I did it to the best of my ability'."
    - Our statement (2006)

An MP is paid some R300 000 per annum plus a travelling allowance of about R70 000. There are other benefits.

We need hundreds of good, honest, competent, practical, hard-working and reliable people throughout South Africa to apply for nomination by the SABP ("nomination") to become candidates for possible appointment to the position of SABP MP (Member of Parliament) or SABP MPP (Member of Provincial Parliament).

If you believe in the SABP's vision, agree to abide by its values and the electoral code of conduct, and would like to apply for nomination, please indicate your interest here:
