Tobowani Sylvia Rambwa is the SABP's parliamentary candidate applicant for Communications, Revenue Services, Family and Home.   She was born in 1978, is married and has two children.   Sylvia's home language is Venda; she also speaks English, Afrikaans, Sotho, Zulu and Tsonga.   Sylvia has received the following merit awards: Certificate in Debate, Certificate in World Population Development (signed by Geraldine Frazier-Moleketi, Minister of Public Servants), Award in Netball and in Environmental Studies.

Some South African Newspapers display true but insensitive reporting, influenced by rage and pain.   "I believe this kind of information should be monitored as it could contain hurtful influences."
